Fully automatic walnut kernel continuous hydraulic cold pressing project

A user in Dali, Yunnan ordered 7 sets of YZW42-12/S fully automatic nut oil press （walnut oil presses） for continuous hydraulic cold pressing of de-coated walnut kernels to produce oil cake and protein. Design capacity 45 tons/24h. The specific process flow is as follows: the de-coated walnut kernels processed by the customer's front-end process are chopped by a dicer and transported to the YZW/S fully automatic walnut kernel continuous hydraulic cold press oil press by a conveyor line; after the walnut kernels are fed, the YZW fully automatic press chamber hydraulic oil press starts to cold press the walnut kernels. After the cold pressing, the walnut cake automatically falls off to the vibrating conveyor under the oil press, and is transported by the vibrating conveyor to the belt conveyor equipped by Party A, and then transported by the belt conveyor to the next process designed by Party A.
