The fully automatic hydraulic sesame oil press serves as the core equipment for small-scale production lines. Adopting high-pressure hydraulic extraction technology, it features simple operation, stable oil yield and low wear part consumption. Two main series are available:

Vertical compact models YZL270/300/325: Space-saving and highly automated, ideal for small oil mills and specialty oil workshops;

YZYW horizontal models (2-pots, 4-pots, 8-pots 10-pots, 12-pots, 16-pots): Filter-cloth-free design supporting fully automatic continuous production.

These machines process batches ranging from 4kg to 200kg, suitable for pressing sesame, cocoa, walnuts and various special oilseeds. The extracted oil retains pure natural flavor while the residual oil rate in oil cake meets standard industrial specifications.

Custom laboratory pressing equipment is developed for oil research laboratories in universities and research institutes. Capable of processing micro samples of several hundred grams, the equipment features a disassemblable structure for easy thorough cleaning to eliminate cross-contamination between different oilseeds. Built-in sensors record real-time pressing temperature and pressure with precise temperature control, delivering accurate, repeatable data for comparative testing of dozens of oilseed varieties.
