Recently, the CHOCOMACH project team launched a feeding test for the application of tea seeds in a horizontal hydraulic oil press.

YZW/S hydraulic pressing process for directly processing tea seed particles:

Shelling of camellia seeds → Cutting of tea seed kernels → Feeding of diced tea seeds → Low-pressure pressing → Medium-low pressure pressing → Medium-pressure pressing → Medium-high-pressure pressing → High-pressure pressing → Pressure maintenance and pressure → Discharging and cake removal → Reset and clamp the mold → Cycle back and forth

This process does not require filter cloth, and the crushed tea seed kernels directly enter the press to achieve low-temperature pressing to obtain cold-pressed tea seed oil and tea seed cake. It saves labor and operates continuously and automatically to help users improve quality and efficiency.
