Walnut kernels contain film coating -- walnut kernels are cut into cubes -- walnut cubes are raised -- walnut cubes are fed -- low pressure press to extract oil -- medium pressure press to extract oil -- high pressure press to extract oil -- pressure maintenance and pressure replenishment -- Reset the mold and open it -- discharge the material and take off the cake -- reset and close the mold -- the cycle repeats. Compared with the previous process, this process does not require wrapping, pellet feeding, fully automatic continuous operation, saving labor, low temperature cold pressing, does not destroy walnut protein, and improves quality and efficiency.
