This annual conference focuses on the current situation and trends of walnut oil production, process methods, oil safety, product development, development of walnut industry in different regions, and introduction of advanced experience. Domestic industry experts and professors were invited to give keynote speeches, aiming to cultivate a new soil for technological innovation in the industry and build a platform for high-level academic exchanges. Zhang Chengzhi, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the China Grain and Oil Association, Zeng Xiaoyun, Deputy Mayor of Xichang Municipal People's Government, Huang Yongqiang, Deputy Director of the Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, He Dongping, President of the Oil and Fat Branch of the China Grain and Oil Association, Yuan Ying, Vice President of Xichang College, and the team of LUOYANG CHOCO MACHINERY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. attended the annual meeting and delivered speeches successively.
