Congratulations to CHOCOMACH for creating two "daily processing of 45 tons of stripped walnut kernels continuous hydraulic cold pressing production lines" that shine with technology in Aksu, Xinjiang province and Dali, Yunnan province.The preliminary debugging of the fully automatic hydraulic walnut oil press has been successfully completed. These two production lines are like brilliant fruits grown on the tree of wisdom of our company, independently developed and designed by our elite team. The process route is exquisite, with walnut kernels stripped and dried at the front end, lightly jumping into the storage bin, and then undergoing delicate carving of diced pieces, clever sorting and arrangement of conveying materials, passionate interpretation of fully automatic hydraulic cold pressing, and clanging variation of coarse crushing of cake and meal until the cake and meal are conveyed. A total of 14 fully automatic hydraulic walnut oil press are equipped throughout the process, with each feeding 85-90kg per time and a single pressing time of about 18.5-20 minutes. Within 24 hours, 45.8 tons of walnut kernels can be processed, and the residual oil of cake and meal is accurately controlled below 20%, demonstrating extraordinary performance.
